Elisa Malnos - Image 1 "Ideal Renovations and James Price removed my chimney breast which had been declared prone to failure by the Council and made the removal secure by installing 3 gallows brackets in my stack. Their work was professional, timely and neat. Other builders had visited my house and advised me to bypass permits and 'just do it' but Jim instead worked hand in hand with the structural engineer to comply with the structural design. The inspector from Liverpool City Council praised Jim's workmanship and installation of 3 good quality gallows brackets which Ideal Renovation sourced. James and the company staff were super kind and supportive. Jim even went to talk to the neighbours to explain about the chimney breast removal works which reassured the neighbours and myself. I was desperate to find a good company and Jim turned my distress into a successful piece of work with his professionalism and good attitude. The price I paid was value for money. I recommend Ideal Renovations without hesitation."

"I can't send an image as I'm out of the country. Jim has done lots of work for us, the last job was fitting our new kitchen including tiling the walls and floor, making wooden shelves and decorating. Previous work has included laying our oak floor including architrave and skirting and fitting new oak doors. In out last property Jim fitted bathrooms, the kitchen, all the tiling woodwork, flooring and he built a two bedroom extension on the back. He also landscaped our garden. Jim can really turn his hand to anything. His work is excellent, and he is always very competitive in his pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jim."
