Welcome to Ian Stuart Gibson’s Independent Chartered Surveyors. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and with over 20 years of post-qualification expertise, I am proud to bring my professionalism, knowledge and personality to each client.
As an RICS Chartered Surveyor, my career has covered valuations, home-buyer reporting, consultancy, and agency advice for commercial and residential properties. With my extensive experience and broad skill-set, I can help both private and public sector clients.
Through my friendly, down-to-earth nature and professional, no-nonsense approach, I help my clients feel relaxed, reassured and fully informed in circumstances that might otherwise be relatively stressful. I provide a range of affordable, expert services for residential and commercial purposes throughout Leeds, Bradford and West Yorkshire. "We could not recommend Ian enough due to his thorough work and complete support and loveliness through our whole selling and buying experience. He carried out a level 3 survey on our new house, and it helped us understand what we were buying and highlighted all hidden issues. With Ian’s support we were able to negotiate on a better and fairer price and made us see what the house was actually worth. Ian’s report was thorough and easy to understand, he was also always on hand at any time with any questions we had. It was our first time buying an older house, so we were a little nervous, but it felt great having the support from Ian through the whole process. His years of experience and knowledge were clear from first meeting, but he was also really lovely and friendly. "I cannot recommend Ian enough. He did a level 3 survey with a valuation and he was spot on with his findings. I actually had builders and tradesmen come later and look into what Ian detailed in his report and like i said he was spot on with everything he said. The man knows exactly what he is talking about and i will always use him again if i need him. He has my total confidence in him."
