"I am so pleased with the extension Ian and his team have added to my house. They were relaible and professional keeping me up to date daily on the progress all the way along. The work has been carried out to such a high standard, my neighbours are hugley complementary of their work too (and maybe just a tad jealous!) I would recommend these guys 100% and can't thank Ian and Luke for all their help from planning to completetion and for their outstanding work. Sandie"

"Ian Rice Builders have just finished a job for us and I cannot recommend them enough. They are a lovely company to work with. Their team are so nice, polite and professional. They came back to us when they said they would and kept us updated. We had to make a few amendments to our build during the process and they were always accommodating. They also kept the site very clean and tidy. After 5 years of works on our home, its such a relief to find a great company to work with. Our house keeps trying to fall down around us so I've no doubt we'll carry out more building works in the future, and we will definitely use Ian Rice."
