"Ian created some floating shelves on a provide and install basis. He also fitted herringbone flooring using the recommended glue method by the manufacturers, which we provided. Ian was punctual and polite and finished on time. The shelves had a large overhang much more than expected so Ian was happy to adjust this as otherwise the specified gap we needed for our books would have been compromised. The flooring was beautiful however the glue smears went everywhere, Ian cleared all the wood dust but we could not remove the glue using a microfibre cloth and the after care advice from the manufacturers said to scraping this off using our fingernails - it's taking a while! For basic carpentry jobs like shelves etc and a competitive price, we would recommend Ian."
