    "HortonHeat undertook my project with professionalism and knowledge. They were competitive on price and responsive to communications. I was very happy with the work undertaken and the other trades they brought in for support during the process. They made an effort to tidy up at the end of every day on site and were always polite and courteous. I am delighted with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."

    Nicola Butcher - Image 1 "I highly recommend Brad and his team. I found Brad to be timely with all communication, polite, tidy and helpful in recommending different ideas or suggestions . He is calm, easy going and solution-focused. Brad completed a lot of the work whilst I was away on holiday, keeping me in the loop and sending me progress photos. I had no hesitation in trusting him with my property. Brad recently came back to fit a shelf I’d bought a few months after completing the job because he said he would… he is a good egg! ☺️"

    Ian - Image 1 "Brad and Harvey worked to complete 2 bathroom renovations for us - one included the removal of a wall and a lot of legacy heating pipework. They embraced the challenge and we are really pleased with the results. Of specific note, we encountered an issue early in the job that resulted in a water leak (not of their making) at about 17:30 on a Friday afternoon - we made a quick call to them and 30 minutes later there were with us to identify and fix the issue. They stayed until approx 10pm and not only fixed the pipework, but arranged for the plasterer to fix the affected ceiling the following morning... by lunch time the next day, you wouldn't have known there had been an issue! The work ethic was fantastic - no issue was too much bother, and were happy to work late or start early to keep to the timeframe. Really impressed and we definitely recommend them."
