    "I have a vulnerable elderly person that lives with me and in April 2024 our old boiler stopped working, resulting in no hot water or heating. A large service provider was unable to fix the old boiler or provide us with a date asap to install a new one. When I called and spoke to Elis I was desperate as I needed the job done ASAP and I needed someone I could trust to complete the job to a high standard. Elis managed to pick up the boiler, provide us with hot water and a fully functional boiler in just over 2 days of my conversation with him. I have used Home Comfort many years ago to replace a hot water tank in our house, my neighbour have had a boiler installed by them and I have recommended them to family and friends. This weekend my boiler made a dreaded sound, that resulted in error message and my panicking. A text message in the morning followed by a video call resulted in the issue being resolved and us having hot water & heating. Highly recommend!"

    "Andy did a quick and thorough job fixing an F4 error on our boiler and generally restoring parts that had been neglected. Conscious of re-using where he could, and was good at explaining what the problem was. Knowledgeable and trustworthy."
