"I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from start to finish. Every staff member I interacted with was not only polite but also genuinely helpful and attentive, ensuring all my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. The engineer, who I believe was named Mason, arrived exactly as scheduled, demonstrating the company’s reliability and commitment to punctuality. Mason’s work ethic was outstanding—he worked diligently and stayed focused on the task at hand, ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. What stood out most was his professionalism and consideration. He made sure to clean up thoroughly after himself, leaving the work area spotless, which I greatly appreciated. On top of that, his manners were impeccable, making the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. Overall, I’m delighted with the level of service provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Home Building and Surveying to others."
