Fiona - Image 1 "Had all of my windows and doors replaced by Hipco recently. I chose Agate for the frames and doors and I love it! The company have been great from start to finish. The fitters have been lovely, they are super powered by cups of tea and biscuits, oh they love a bacon butty. But honestly they have been fab, friendly, courteous, tidy and done a smashing job. Well pleased. Now I’ve just got to get the rest of the house looking as good. Thanks Hipco. I’ve added a couple of before and after photos of some of the doors and windows."

"Had 3 quotes (and visits) from local firms to replace my house windows, Hipco were one - and it was clear they had a straightforward, clear and logical approach to their trade. Theirs was not the cheapest quote, but there is more to consider in having substantial work done (such as all the windows to a 2-storey, 4 bed house) than the bottom line. Beware those firms with the glossy leaflet and promise to complete replacement windows of a whole house in a day. (With as many as 6 workmen) The reality may be different. Dont be pressurised into the 'special offer - decide today, and save x per cent' approach. Allow time for work to be done and plan well in advance. With Hipco, you may be very keen to crack on once decided, but be prepared to wait for their availability. There is also no rush to carry out the work dedicated fully to your job. Better to have it done well, than suffer the frustration and inconvenience of subsequent visits to make good any snags. I was impressed with Hipco."
