    "Electrician came to install oven. Booking process with telephone agent was efficient and arranged for the next working day at a time that suited me. Electrician was friendly and polite and tidied up after himself. I was sent an invoice the same day to pay by bank transfer."

    "Ricardo was thorough in what I think was an area of work he wouldn’t be very familiar with, but a bit of investigation first and probably not the best help from me, he resolved the problems more quickly than I anticipated. I wouldn’t have any concerns at calling them again to this or other work, thank you Ricardo."
