    "Ricardo was thorough in what I think was an area of work he wouldn’t be very familiar with, but a bit of investigation first and probably not the best help from me, he resolved the problems more quickly than I anticipated. I wouldn’t have any concerns at calling them again to this or other work, thank you Ricardo."

    "I can't recommend Ricardo highly enough. After an initial phone call he came and assessed the work to be done, and was able to start straight away. This included replacing existing light fittings and replacing a shower pull fitting. Some of the work wasn't as straightforward as it first appeared but Ricardo took the time to solve the issues even getting into the loft. He kept me fully informed and consulted with me throughout the work. I have further work to be done and will definitely call on Ricardo to do the work. He's an excellent professional and really personable. I'm very pleased with the results and the high standards that he worked to."
