    "Gas works were being done outside my tenanted property on a Friday. During reconnection, engineers noted gas pressure drop. Attributed it to a potential leak within the property. Supply was disconnected till leak was rectified. Contacted Highfield Plumbing and Heating. Spoke to Sarah who coordinates works who very quickly got back to me engineer’s visit the next day. Unfortunately the engineer was unwell but another engineer was arranged. Martin was efficient, courteous and reassuring and on time. Could track his progress. Courtesy, competence, reliability, honesty and integrity is what I value in trades people. Highfield has always shown these qualities. I do not quibble over cost as I trust them never to over charge me, do anything that does not need to be done or inflate prices. Use company regularly and is my go to trusted trader. Highly recommended."
