"I asked for a tile roof vent to be installed, the trader came to install, put the vent in too close to the ceiling below it, and did not connect the duct. I needed to call out an electrician to connect it and this is purely the only reason I found this out today. I have asked for a full refund, or for the work to be changed to meet the needs that I asked for. I am highly disappointed!"
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. When I arrived at the property I was instructed where to put the vent. I was told to go 4 tiles up and further along where the vent was, which I did. The job was completed, and the customer went and checked the job on pictures provided. I have explained as a resolution I am prepared to return to reposition the vent. Normally for a re visit we would charge a call out fee but as good will gesture this will be wavered. I have, however, asked for my fuel cost to be covered. This job was fitted in short notice, and it is over an hour’s drive for me. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us, Kind Regards High & Dry Roofing."

"Jeff and Callum quickly spotted the problem roof tiles and replaced them. They took particular to care colour match with the existing tiles. When asked Jeff offered advice on parts of our guttering which he will repair later next month along with recementing our ridge tiles."

Irene - Image 1 "Jeff and Calum replaced my roof and fixed a dormer window that was leaking and an overflowing gutter. I am very pleased with the standard of work and the way they cleaned up afterwards. Jeff kept me informed about what he was doing and why and both Jeff and Calum were the really lovely guys. Would recommend 100%."
