"I was very happy with the service from Help for Heating. The job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated, requiring an extra visit as well as more hours than planned. The fitters were always polite and thoroughly informative. The fire now works perfectly. Moreover, despite the extra work involved, I was invoiced for the same amount as had been quoted."

"Exceptional! Duncan and Sam were both really helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough. Duncan came to the house and completed the work in one sitting. We really felt that they both went above and beyond, which was greatly appreciated, especially given the cold weather."
