    "Sam as always was a pleasure to work with. We subcontracted him for the damp proofing element of our renovation / retrofit project. He provided an initial estimate based on the size and complexity of the scope of work, which then progressed to a site visit and final quotation. Once we accepted his quote and the works began, he was prompt, communicative and above all, delivered exactly what was initially specified. No surprises.     "“After we bought our house last year we found wet walls in our front room ,we found Sam who thankfully came ti have a look and he quickly located the problem which was rising damp,he managed to get it done in a couple of days and did a superb job and left it very clean too despite all the mess and dust that erupts ,we have been in the house almost a year and there is no sign of damp anywhere ,job well done ,thanks Sam I would highly recommend."
