"We are really impressed with Hawk Property Surveys service. Great communication from start to finish and our dampness and mould issues were correctly identified and was tackled from the root cause. Their report is very detailed with photos and recommendations did really solve the problem. Would highly recommend."

"Hawk Property Surveys have been brilliant from start to finish. I required a survey asap due to major damp issues in my home and they thankfully managed to book a survey the next day. The surveyor undertook a very thorough survey and provided a very detailed report with straight forward recommendations allowing me to use my own contractor to carry out the works. I can happily say that the damp and mould issues have been resolved and we are very grateful. Highly recommend to all family and friends. You won’t be disappointed."

"I had a great experience with Hawk Property Surveys. The Surveyor who attended undertook a very thorough survey and his report was very detailed. The recommendations were to the point and the report was well presented. I would highly recommend to get in contact for Damp and Mould Surveys as well as any concerns with structural matters. They were not the cheapest but very pleased in the end and every penny was worth it."
