"We had planned to have a few quotes from different heating engineers to supply and fit our new boiler however when Ben arrived to discuss the boiler we had chosen also an extra radiator to be fitted ,we made the decision after he left that we wanted him to undertake the work His communication is excellent he provided us with a quote to supply and fit the required boiler and the additional radiator the next day ,his quote was very competitive we thought we would have had to pay considerably more for this work . He also agreed the date for the work to be undertaken Ben is very courteous and personable he showed respect for our property by placing adhesive plastic on the areas that he would be walking he is also extremely neat and tidy. We were extremely satisfied with his finished work and have decided that he will be our Go To Plumber in the future"
