Harper Electrical is a friendly and reliable electrical company who consider no job as too big or too small. Based in Walsall, Harper Electrical was formed in 2013 by Philip Harper, Philip has over 15 years’ experience working with both domestic and commercial clients.
You may need to find an electrician in a rush or may have a list of small electrical jobs that need carrying out. Whatever your requirements, we promise that we will be punctual, helpful and offer you optimal value for money.
We also offer an out of hours response, for all types of emergency electrical breakdowns, which we provide 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we aim to be with the client within 1 hour of the call.

"Mr Harper was excellent in all aspects of the work. Appointments were kept on time and quotation for work was given in detail by email. The work to be done was discussed clearly in advance and was carried out in a professional and tidy manner. As per the quote a minor works certificate was issued after the work was completed. I would ask Mr Harper to carry out any future work for me."
