I am Handyman Dan, and I provide carpentry and joinery services to customers in Newcastle, The Tyne Valley and surrounding areas. I started my business in 2021, and since then have developed my skills so that I now specialise in all aspects of joinery.
Mine is a family business, with my wife Caroline helping out with admin, and we pride ourselves on offering a good service at fair prices. The core of what I do is fitting doors, flooring, skirting and architrave, as well as making a variety of bespoke shelving solutions and in particular alcove cupboards, but I have experience in a wide range of joinery work.
I am able to undertake a full range of carpentry and joinery services, including:

"Dan has spent the last 3 days at our house fitting 10 internal cottage doors. He is very professional in what he does and done a outstanding job for us. He is so polite and and left no mess at all everything was spotless and cleared away. We would definitely recommend Dan 100%."

"Unfortunately, my new kitchen was very badly fitted. Dan came out and took on the job which no craftsman wants - putting right very poor workmanship. He had to totally refit my kitchen but within the constraint that the quartz template had already been done. Dan started on the Monday and managed to complete the work within the week, with the quartz top finally being fitted late on the Friday evening. He was hard working, conscientious and a highly skilled worker. Dan took huge pride in his work, undertaking the job as if it were his own kitchen, and I cannot recommend him highly enough."
