I am Handyman Dan, and I provide carpentry and joinery services to customers in Newcastle, The Tyne Valley and surrounding areas. As a craftsman with in-depth knowledge of my trade, I use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.
I believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, I conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that I can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows me to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their needs and helps me to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for my bespoke carpentry.

"Dan has spent the last 3 days at our house fitting 10 internal cottage doors. He is very professional in what he does and done a outstanding job for us. He is so polite and and left no mess at all everything was spotless and cleared away. We would definitely recommend Dan 100%."

"Unfortunately, my new kitchen was very badly fitted. Dan came out and took on the job which no craftsman wants - putting right very poor workmanship. He had to totally refit my kitchen but within the constraint that the quartz template had already been done. Dan started on the Monday and managed to complete the work within the week, with the quartz top finally being fitted late on the Friday evening. He was hard working, conscientious and a highly skilled worker. Dan took huge pride in his work, undertaking the job as if it were his own kitchen, and I cannot recommend him highly enough."
