Established in 1980 the Company has grown enormously due to the vast plumbing knowledge and Customer Care endorsed by its founders Garry Hall and John Randall.
Now employing 20 full time Plumbing and Heating engineers, and 6 Improvers supported with an office staff of 14. All our on-site staff have enhanced CRB checks. We also carry out a Preventative Gutter and Roofing Maintenance Programme, our team uses its own Cherry Picker and we have Abseil Height Specialists all compliant with Health and Safety Regulations.
We also have associated trades in order to meet all of our Customers requirements these include, Electricians, Plasterers, Tilers and Decorators which are all available at extremely competitive rates completely controlled by us.
Our client list includes a Large Church Organisation, many Schools, Care Homes, Hotels, Estate Agents, and the General Public whom we have served for many years and still enjoy a good healthy working relationship.
We also have our own Trade Plumbing Supplies Shop, and Showroom providing high quality bathrooms at affordable prices. It offers exceptional customer service with its friendly staff who are always on hand and happy to offer free advice and assistance.
The Shop and Showroom are open six days a week
Mon - Fri 6am - 5pm and Saturday 7am - 1pm.

"The trader didn’t appear happy and wasn’t a tidy worker. System worked for 2 months. Boiler manufacturer said system not flushed out properly and had to renew heat exchanger. Almost unheard of after 2 months. Company arranged a proper flush out and now are charging us over £800! I would not recommend."
Trader reply: "Dear client, we are investigating this issue. When we did return it was proven that the system was flushed and cleaned when we carried out the boiler install. We are taking this up with the boiler manufacturer as their engineer was incorrect in what he said. There is also an Ideal boiler filter supplied by the manufacturer to protect the boiler which has obviously not done its job. The statement should have been run past a manager before being sent so that the issues here could be addressed with the manufacturer and we apologise that this didn’t happen. We have now put the statement on hold until the discussion with the manufacturer can be had. Thank you for your patience on this matter."

"I had paid over £700 for the first bill, which had to be amended due to errors, and the second one at over £450 was also incorrect. This second bill is being disputed. Despite the plumbers having good temperaments and seemingly trying their best, they do not do the job properly. Then you get charged for their coming back again to fix their mistakes! After 34 emails and then both our recorded delivery letters about the disputed bill, the co-owner has now reduced the bill a little. I am still very unhappy with this invoice and the fact that I have spent at least 10 hours going back and forth with them and getting legal advice. This has made me ill and that is the reason why I have agreed to the reduced bill, which is only less £129 + vat from the £455."
Trader reply: "We are disappointed that you have left this poor review. As discussed in our email conversations, we feel we did nothing wrong. You got charged by us for fitting your WC out of hours, which you requested us to do because the builder you instructed to do the work was not able to. You then said that there were problems on the original first fix which, as we proved, was totally fine with no issues. In order to get paid, we also reduced the cost substantially meaning we are at a loss. The truth is that we actually went above and beyond to assist you as you were desperate for your WC to be fitted that evening. Kind Regards Hall & Randall"

"Matt did a faultless job of installing our new kitchen sink - he took the measurements, found a modern/stylish sink which would fit and installed it within a few hours with no fuss. It looks great. Matt genuinely takes pride in what he does and knows what he’s doing. Thank you again!"
