With over 12 years’ experience in the industry, we take pride in assuring the complete service is achieved with both professionalism and quality of works. From assisting with the design process through to obtaining planning permission or building control with detailed drawings for submission, right through to construction and full sign off.

How it works:
- We offer a two-consultation package to enable you to discuss and discover what is achievable for your home. This package includes a telephone discovery call, where a member of the team will discuss what you would like to achieve. And a site visit, where our consultant will share their expertise and experience so that together you can create the living environment of your dreams.
- Based on the information gathered HAC will then email a quotation which will detail our fees and the next step in your journey.
- If you are happy with the quote provided a full measured survey of the dwelling or site will be conducted.
- You'll then receive a full set of drawings; our turnaround time is 1-2 Weeks.
- When you are happy with the drawings, HAC Designs will make the planning or building control submission.

"HAC helped us with our house renovation design. They listened to our requirements and captured all the details before coming up with design options. Flexible and prompt with their response and gave good design suggestions which were not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical. Overall very happy with the service so decided to go with them for our loft conversion as well."
