"William was very knowledgeable very thoroughly informing me of exactly what was needed and cost before carrying out the work. I had other quotes and asked for money upfront and was realy in limbo not having any idea about roof cost etc realy was unsure about who too trust. William understood this and put me at ease, he showed me pictures explain everything as said before any work started and any money was paid. William and his guys from putting up scaffolding for work on the roof too the tiding up had nothing but respect . I truly would never look any further for future work to be done and 100% recommend William and his guys. William helped me above and beyond with understanding my budget and what was most important first with the job. I'm very grateful thank you William and guys very much."

Sudhan - Image 1 "My wife and I were in the process of purchasing our first home. The mortgage lender's valuation report highlighted the need for replacing the roof lining paper with a breathable membrane. We were unsure about the cost of the repair and whether to proceed with the purchase. We contacted William, who conveniently met us at the scheduled time and provided a quote that was valid for six months. After buying the house, we contacted William to carry out the work. The job was completed to an excellent standard with 25-year guarantee and the scaffolding was promptly removed, allowing us to resume our daily lives. Thank you William and Guildford Roofing & Building Ltd for the brilliant service. We plan to use his services for all future roofing needs. He is reliable, trustworthy and friendly. Additionally, William kindly addressed a few minor issues we encountered with the gutter and sealed the flat roof at no extra charge. I would highly recommend his services."

"William was brilliant to work with! My partner and I are first-time buyers and we wanted to get a quote on some roofing and general work that would need doing. William came out to meet us at a convenient time, patiently talked us through everything we wanted done and gave us very honest advice on the state of the house. We would definitely trust his company to do the work!"

"We had a complex basement repairs situation that needed an expert team, given our building is over a century old. William and his team were more than up to the task. William came over several times beforehand to understand the complexities of the repairs and work out the best course of action, correctly identifying the mystery reason why our walls were cracking horizontally which other tradespeople couldn't work out. He and his team then completed just over two weeks of work, all done to a meticulous standard and leaving the space spotless. I'd highly recommend Guildford Roofing & Building and will be working with them again in the future."
