"My heating suddenly decided to stop working, Matt was one of three heating engineers that l called for help, all three were busy but Matt was the only one who said he would do his best to fit me in near the end of his day. He was so friendly and helpful on the phone, easy to talk to and very likeable. True to his word he did get to me about 5.00, he was so nice. I have a very old boiler and Matt managed to get it going again, l was so happy. He told me if l have anymore problems to let him know and he would sort them out for me. My biggest concern these days is being able to trust the people you call upon to do these jobs, that they’re not going to rip you off and l have to say that Matt came across as a very likeable and trustworthy young man, nothing was too much bother for him and he got my heating going again yaay! 😀 Will definitely call upon him again for any future heating problems l may have. Thanks again Matt. Sandra"

Marcellino - Image 1 "Absolutely amazing work. Had a new boiler done, they fixed any prior issues with cause by the previous installation. After completion they showed me the post installation checks as well as what was done and set up the warranty right then and there. Without a doubt the best experience I've had with a trader. Will be recommending them to my friends and family."

"We had an issue with our boiler breaking down on a Saturday night! We sent a message through Trust-a-Trader and we were pleasantly surprised when Matt called us back literally within 5 minutes. Having no heating or hot water we were waiting for the dreaded: “I can’t do anything for you until a week next Wednesday” BUT NO! - to our immense relief Matt offered to come out the following day (a Sunday) to sort the issue out. As it turns out the boiler started working again of its own accord the following morning. (Matt thought it may well be a dusty sensor) so we did not need him to call. Because of this very positive experience we have booked Matt to complete an annual service in the next couple of weeks . Would definitely use again - highly rated."

"Matt is a young man with old man ethics. Being a Senior Citizen he took the time and patience to explain what he had done after he successfully fixed my Heating problems. He is trustworthy, knowledgable and showed excellent people and communication skills. When I contacted him he replied straight away. I would not hesitate to recommend him."
