"I needed an annual gas boiler service and a bathroom basin tap was not working. He was exceptionally thorough, efficient, expert and friendly. "I called to book an appointment and they talked me through what I had to do on the phone - took minutes and other people would have taken this as a job, charged a call out fee etc etc I really appreciated this and will be coming back to them next time I need this service and recommending them to others.
