GP Property Services has over 25 years experience in offering a wide range of building services from extensions, renovations and loft conversions to painting and decorating, throughout Herts, Essex and North London.

Gordon Salmon - Image 1 "We are so grateful and indebted to Gary and Paul for the work they have completed on our house renovation and would not hesitate to call upon them when needed in the future. They genuinely are the most courteous, friendly and mindful company we have ever come across. The work they undertook included building a new pitched roof extension to the back of our existing house and renovating the existing ground floor footprint to an architects plans. Other work included fitting a new kitchen, tiled the complete ground floor, fitted new internal doors a new ground floor toilet and utility room. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their experience, problem solving and advice was invaluable to the project. Gary and Paul were with us for just over 3 months and their consideration to ensure we kept running a normal family home made our life and the time seamless. We now have such a beautiful home to be proud of thanks to their dedication and effort. We would not hesitate to recommend them."

"Gary and Paul completed a double storey extension and loft conversion 8 years ago and we were delighted when they were able to step in to totally remodel our kitchen when we were let down by the supplier company. The work was completed with attention to detail and the finish on everything is perfection. Once the old kitchen was removed lots of problems occurred but as always GP Property just got on with it and sorted each thing as it occurred. Despite any extra work caused they stayed true to the original estimate which we feel was very reasonable. We are so pleased with our new kitchen. If you are thinking of booking GP Property get in quick as they are always booked up, we just got lucky this time as there was a delay on one of their jobs so they fitted us in. Great people to have working in your house, friendly, realisable and considerate to the family in the house."

"Gary and Paul worked with us for over a year, converting/ extending our loft space and building us a side and rear extension. The extensive work done on our property by Gary and Paul was always of the highest standard throughout. From the quote stage to the final weeks, Gary and Paul were professional, but also very friendly and approachable. We had to reside in our property during our renovation (a family of five, including children) and Gary and Paul quickly became trusted members of the household while still maintaining their professionalism, and sometimes having the patience of saints inorder to work around and with our busy family. Gary and Paul are both extremely highly skilled, and always ready to answer any questions you have regarding your project. They built us our dream home, and we will be forever grateful. Ross Graham - Image 1 "GP Property services were amazing throughout the build, they were extremely punctual and kept the site tidy at the end of each day. They paid attention to every little detail and the completed finish is spectacular. Any major building work can be stressful but their professionalism and workmanship made the whole process relatively stress-free.
