"I rang Phil on the Friday and was told by his secretary that he would phone me back. He did phone back and he said he would call to my mother's house on the Monday to service her boiler and cooker. He arrived and carried out the servicing but said he was unable to service the gas fire. He recommended another company which I will ring and arrange for them to service her gas fire. He did not charge my elderly mother for his work and she said he was lovely and only had 1 cup of tea. Thank you for coming around and being so kind and efficient."

"I had my boiler fitted recently by GLR Energy, and I’m over the moon with the service. Phil was absolutely brilliant—so professional and such a genuinely nice man. He made the whole experience enjoyable with his friendly personality and great sense of humor. He had me laughing with his love for his Yorkshire heritage, especially as he joked about being surrounded by Welsh people! It’s clear he takes pride in his work and where he comes from, which just added a lovely personal touch to the whole process. The installation was completed to a high standard, everything was left clean and tidy, and Phil took the time to explain everything to me. I’d highly recommend GLR Energy, and if Phil’s on the job, you’re guaranteed both professionalism and a good laugh!"
