"John has been the plumber from 'Heaven'! He kept us fully informed with progress, which was really helpful as a landlord doing this remotely. He was reliable, diligent and went the extra mile. "Great service from John who did a first class job installing a replacement shower and basin vanity unit. Even though we had an issue with a faulty basin, John returned a few days later to complete the job and didn’t charge us any more. I would highly recommend John."

"Really professional, friendly and clear about the work required. He fixed an overflowing toilet, including removing and reinstalling the pan. Even though the job was not straight forward he made sure it was completed to a really high standard. Very happy with the service and highly recommend."
