"Would 100% recommend! I messaged Matt having previously been quoted £660 by another locksmith for new lock and mechanism for my door that seemed to be sticking. Matt immediately said that was too much to be quoted and we arranged for him to come and look at it. He was punctual and polite and had it fixed within 20mins and we didn’t need to change the lock or mechanism. I am so glad I trusted my gut instinct. I will be using GL Gearing from now on for anything to do with our doors."

"Matt responded to my request through Trust A Trader within 10 mins of sending the email - his work is exemplary. He was very professional and explained what the problem was with the front door lock and was upfront with the cost. He also explained the aftercare thoroughly and what I needed to do after hours. "We were concern re the lock on our front door. Matt and Emma responded straight away and booked us in as soon as possible. Emma ask for confirmation of the make of lock, to see that, if needed, they had parts in stock. Matt turned up when he said he would, we also received a message from Emma, that he was on his way. The work was completed quickly, at a reasonable price, and only that which needed doing was done. Matt was friendly and I will have no hesitation in using them again. I would highly recommend the company."
