"Very professional from start to finish. Sent a message via website link. Called back quickly to discuss what I needed. Appointment arranged. All then confirmed by email and WhatsApp. Got a call on the day to ask if Matt could come early. No problem with that at all. Arrived as arranged. Got to work straight away. Advised what he was doing. Job actioned exactly as described and importantly exactly how I wanted. Fee was again as described originally. Was so impressed past details on to family so they could use service if and when needed. Cannot recommend highly enough."

"Matt was absolutely fantastic! I’ve just moved to the area and after getting locked out of my house yesterday- I didn’t know of anyone who could help. I saw Matts details had been recommended and gave him a message. Within minutes I was booked in for the following day and now both my front and back door locks are all fixed/ changed. Matt was super efficient, polite and helpful and I will definitely be getting in touch again for any future lock issues- highly recommend!"
