    "Returning customer. Paul did some work for me in January and I was so pleased with his work and his efficiency that when it came to replacing my boiler I had no hesitation in paul doing the job.     "Paul arrived and had diagnosed the boiler problem within 5 minutes. He repaired it instantly and we now have hot water. He didn't even want payment but we insisted."
