Hello! My name is Robin Mackie and I run Gas Xpress. Please call 07980 004267 to speak to me directly.
I specialise in the installation and maintenance of domestic gas appliances, central heating systems and plumbing. I enjoy my job and take real pride in being able to fix leaks, make repairs and solve problems associated with these services. I do not charge a call-out fee to my customers. I just offer a guaranteed, reliable, competitive service focused purely on your 100% satisfaction.

"Like Knights in shining armour, Robin and Max came riding to the rescue. My 90 year old had a broken water heater that needed replacing. The original company agreed to do the job, but after the initial visit which was very prompt, they then became uncontactable for over a week, leaving mo9ther in law without any hot water for 10 days. Contacted Robin and he and Max visited same day, agreed a price and set to immediately. New heater arrived next day and was fitted without fuss. Result was one happy mother in law. Their work was excellent and I was very impressed in how well they cleaned up afterwards. They were extremely polite and kept us informed as they went along and were very patient with the 90 year old, making sure she was happy with everything. Would definitely use them again when required and have already agreed for them to do the next service on my own central heating boiler. Many thanks, Robin and Max."

"Robin is one of the most reliable and professional tradesmen I have ever come across. Himself and Max removed and installed several radiators for us back in February, we had issues with our rad supplier which meant that some of the parts were missing and one of the rads could not be installed there and then. Robin assured us they would happily return to finish the job when the missing parts arrived, as these were bespoke and coming from Italy this took much longer than anticipated but when they arrived Robin followed through and arranged for Max to return and complete the job for us and accommodating us on extremely short notice. Both lovely guys who we will book again in future for any heating work we require. Thank you!"

"Robin and Max have done a couple of big jobs in the house here over the past few years. Their work is high quality, they always turn up when they say and care about their work. I get them to service my boiler every year and plan to continue getting them to do the actual boiler service. I'd highly recommend."

"I would definitely recommend Gas Xpress for any plumbing jobs you require. Robin has now done a couple of jobs for us from fixing taps, fitting shower and fixing banging pipes and I couldn't be more pleased with the work that he has carried out."
