"We've used Garretts for a couple of damp jobs in our London basement, which says it all. Tom is knowledgeable and personable, and whilst they aren't the cheapest the quality of work is very sound indeed and I am completely confident that they have solved our damp problems. The teams that came were polite, respectful and engaging, tidied up beautifully when they left, so overall 10/10"
