Aled - Image 1 "We used GM windows for a new composite front and back door, and 7 new windows with frames. George came within the week of contact to conduct a survey and was very knowledgeable about the products on the market, but did not push any sales whatsoever. He was clearly really passionate about his business which came across when meeting him, and was one of the deciding factors for me. He then provided a very reasonable quote which was over £1000 cheaper than a like for like quote I received. The quote was very comprehensive and included a breakdown of the cost, including a full description and visuals of each product ordered. Kelly was fantastic in facilitating some alterations to the quote. Matt and his apprentice Leo came to fit the windows and were great. Matt is a very experienced fitter and took a great deal of pride in his work, ensuring the highest quality fit. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and couldn't recommend these guys enough."

"George and the team have been exceptional from start to finish. When I first saw all the five-star reviews on Which? and other websites I was a little sceptical, but I'm glad to say that I've been happily proved wrong. They're genuinely that good and they've restored my faith in the trades (George, maybe you should go into housebuilding???). Throughout the whole buying and installation process, George has been more than happy to share his knowledge and wisdom and has been incredibly patient with me deliberating over some of the minor details (including several quote changes!). Furthermore, when things haven't quite gone to plan, George has always kept me updated and got them fixed it straight away. He even went above and beyond by putting up wall-mounted post box for me. It's pretty immense customer service and I would not hesitate to use them again (I can certainly see why others have)."

"So happy with the new front door fitted by G M Windows & Doors. The work was carried out to a very high standard & at a very competitive price. George came to measure up on the day I contacted him & it was fitted as soon as it was ready from the supplier. The fitters did a great job, lovely lads who made sure to clean up properly when the work was completed. I highly recommend G M Windows & Doors"
