"Fortress Windows fitted replacement French Doors after the original Safe Style ones failed less than 12 months after installation who had since gone bust. From the initial meeting and fault diagnosis to the final installation Steve, Donna, Sean and Joe were brilliant in understanding our concerns and delivering the replacement in a very quick and timely manner. "We had two replacement external French doors fitted. I cannot praise highly enough the standard of work by the team, their punctuality and tidiness. This wholly is in keeping with the Office operations, where the process from enquiry, to quote, to order management was professionally handled. No hesitation in recommending"

"Fortress were our first port of call when our conservatory roof was damaged by a hailstorm. We have used them previously for windows and doors. They came out and gave us a quote for the work required. Unlike two other companies who told us that we needed a complete new roof. From start to finish, Donna, fitters, Steve, Jay, Dave, Wayne, and Sean were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and nothing phased them. We are very pleased with the new roof, which comes with a ten year warranty. We would not hesitate to recommend them."
