Fortify Locksmiths is a genuine, independent & local Locksmith and UPVC Window & Door repair specialist that provides a professional service to customers in and around the North East.
Whether you are locked out of your home or car, have suffered a break-in, or simply need new locks, I know that finding the right locksmith is important. You are putting the security and the safety of your home and its inhabitants in the hands of your locksmith so it is crucial that you know you can trust them. I am a local locksmith, I am proud of the friendly, trustworthy services that I provide. I do my best to make my customers feel at ease, even in the most difficult or stressful situations. I help my customers to regain some element of safety and security with my outstanding service and friendly approach.
I am fully trained (NCFE Level 4), insured and qualified and have DBS clearance with over 24 years in the security industry. You can rest assured that your home or business is in safe hands. I am the person you will speak with on the phone and the locksmith that visits you.
As a mobile locksmith I carry a range of lock cylinders and multipoint locks for most uPVC door types and cylinders and mortice locks for wooden doors meaning I can secure your property without having to put parts on order. If I do have to order parts there is no charge for the follow up visit.

"Contacted Andy on Monday evening about a problem with an external door. It was not an emergency situation but door was certainly in need of some attention to fix the problem in the next 24 to 48 hours. Andy asked some initial questions over the phone and gave some helpful advice as well as giving a provisional estimate of what the problem might be and the work required as well as making an appointment to come out to look at the door the following morning. On Tuesday morning he phoned ahead to confirm arrival time, turned up at time he said he would, clearly identified and showed us what the issue was with the door, was very thorough and explained exactly what needed doing and the door was fixed quickly. I was very pleased with the price quoted for the work and thought it was very reasonable. If I have any issues with any locks, windows or doors in the future Andy will certainly be my first port of call and would happily recommend him to anyone requiring a locksmith."
