"Kevin was excellent. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He quickly resolved issues with backdoor lock that had been broken in. Advised on replacement locks and completed all works to high standard in timeframe agreed. Very reasonable cost and aligned to initial quote. No hidden cost, I would definitely recommend Fort Locks and use again."

"Kevin from Fortlocks did an amazing job and I would recommend him to everyone! He was recommended to me by a family member and when I called, he answered straight away and even though the job wasn’t urgent, he was able to recommend and order the right locks for my door and booked me in for a couple of days after. He went above and beyond as it wasn’t the easiest job due to existing issues with the door frame but he took the extra time to make sure the locks were fitted perfectly. He was also very friendly, tidy and helpful. Thank you!"
