"The trader completed work for us fixing / rebuilding our stairs. He initially said 2 days work but it took 5 which was fine. The mess that was left was ridiculous there was a pile of sand and some bits of cement mixed in. Our path was covered in dried in sand and splashes of cement. I have a huge patch of grass which is now ruined where he had his cement mixer. When he quoted us he never mentioned leaving us with the clean up, he also never mentioned that he would not take away the excess materials he left bricks, pallets, and other bits. I've never had stairs built or fixed so when he told us not to clean them for a day or 2 we believed him, however the cement took a couple of weeks to dry out properly and when it did we were left with gaps that had no cement. Other areas had cement covering places it should not be on. There is also chunks missing from the tops that he put on the brick work. I am not impressed and felt it was rushed as it had taken longer than expected."

Sylvia - Image 1 "Frank was very straightforward and explained everything well. Only small problem was overfilling the skip which meant a delay as the company couldn’t lift it. Frank did sort it out but he should have known to keep it level as I had mentioned it a few times. Would recommend though, lovely wall and very happy ."
