"Francisco, Dan and Gary carried out several pieces of work for me including taking down a wall, removing a massive stone fireplace and rebuilding a new fireplace, plastering all my ceilings and fireplace and doing lots of electrical works including fixing some problems created by another electrician (not part of FM Construction). In all areas I could not fault Francisco and his team. They have been so helpful, polite, tidy and hard-working and the quality of the finish in all areas is outstanding. I really can't recommend them highly enough"

"Fran was recommended to us by our Architect and was polite and helpful from the start. His team are brilliant, friendly, clean and hard working. We always felt that we could raise concerns and Fran was always responsive. We had a large amount of work done including a loft extension & full remodelling of the upstairs. For the most part we were living there and never had any concerns with the team being in the house or around our children. The standard of work has been excellent. The best thing about working with Fran is his problem solving. Challenges inevitably come up but Fran would be super calm about how to work around them, making suggestions that balanced quality & price. He gave views when asked on design and this has created a beautiful space that we love. Occasionally there were fewer people than we hoped for on site but we appreciated that bottlenecks in materials etc does create some ups and downs. They did arrive on time & certainly hit the ground running!"

"We are very happy with the work carried out by the FM Team. Our new extension looks stunning. They have been cost-effective, prompt, responsive to our queries and most importantly done an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them!"

"An architect drew up the plans for the renovations which included removal of external and internal walls, underfloor heating, kitchen renovation and installation of a new downstairs WC, new bathroom renovation upstairs, new windows and much more. We added quite a bit of additional work from the first quote as well as Fran identifying issues that needed addressing along the way. Which Fran kept us informed of costs, and all the additional hard work the team did really paid off. Fran and his team took it all in their stride and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the end result."
