"Contacted first thing on a Friday, prompt reply with a plumber in attendance by early PM. Returned with a new part to fit and follow up work with new taps the next week. Terrific service and great value for money, wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend."

"Absolutely fantastic service from Dean at Firwood. Called about a broken boiler on Wednesday, and new boiler installed Friday morning! Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, polite and tidy. A superb job all round… and an excellent price. Thank you! 🤩"

"Boiler fitment 9th December 2023 Whitefield M46 Dean quoted me on 04/12/23 to supply and fit Baxi Main combi boiler and he carried out the work on Sat 9th December. Dean is a great communicator, very approachable and at a price of £1380 was very reasonable compared to other quotes. On the day he and a colleague arrived on time. I left him at the house and within 4 hours I received a call from Dean that the work was complete and he even closed the windows, pulled the curtains and locked up the house. I went to the house later the same day. A super job done and everything left clean and tidy. I can not recommend Dean enough My 1st point of call for future gas work."

"Dean arrived to service our heating system. We previously have had plumbing work and find Firwood heating and plumbing to be reliable and first class . To have the reassurance of a qualified plumber repair and service our home is a great thing . We would highly recommend Firwood - they are awesome . Thank you ."
