Flooring needs to be appropriate for its room and use: businesses often need heavier duty flooring to withstand high levels of footfall; kitchens and bathrooms need water-resistant flooring and family homes need flooring that is a little more sympathetic towards tiny, grubby footprints. Fell Wood Flooring have thirty years’ experience in floor installation and we have installed countless floors for customers in Islington and the surrounding area.

Alison - Image 1 "We chose Mark because of his excellent reviews and we weren't disappointed! What a wonderful job he's done sanding and varnishing our pine floorboards...he's transformed them and we are over the moon with the beautiful results! What a skilled craftsman, he's meticulous and he takes great pride in his work! Moreover he responded to my original enquiry immediately and then got back to all other quieries promptly - which I consider an really important professional quality. He turned up punctually and was very personable and approachable, listened to us and gave us lots of helpful advice. And all for a affordable price! He'll be the first person we contact for any future work (shame he's doesn't do plumbing, building and electrics as well!!!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"Do yourself a favor - hire Mark for your floors. Mark offered hands down the best flooring / building services I have experienced. I had old carpets to rip up and unsure of what was underneath, Mark showed up as a true expert in his field. He was punctual to all appointments, steered me to the best decisions, found lovely replacement boards that well matched my old floors, and repaired some pretty gnarly issues. He helped me ensure he had the right materials required to do the job beautifully, and introduced me to better, more cost effective options for my space (that brought out the beauty in the wood). He is a star communicator - quick to respond to texts or to jump onto a call - kept me informed of burgeoning challenges, and all at very competitive rates for the high level of skill and service he brings. I am already recommending him to my friends, and suggest you seek him out for your floors."
