"John came to give me a quote the next day after initial contact, and then came to do the job the following day with a young man. He came to trim and tidy my overgrown conifer hedge. He was very polite and explained the job thoroughly. They worked quickly and did a good job, tidied up well when finished. All good."

"John was friendly, punctual and helpful. He identified that our silver birch was beyond saving, and he removed it quickly. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself, and was unfailingly polite throughout. "From the first contact with john he’s been amazing - he responded straight away and was friendly and professional when he came to quote. He explained everything to us, including options and listened to exactly what we wanted. His team arrived promptly when we agreed and got through all the work so quickly. 3 tress taken down and 3 pollarded, all in less than a day. They were friendly, professional, polite and kept us posted throughout the work so we knew exactly what they were doing. They left the garden and driveway spotless. John was also very helpful with what we might need in future, including what we can do ourselves which was great. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be using again."
