    "Can't praise EBP highly enough, fantastic customer service. Despite us being left high and dry by one of our builders, Kam and the team squeezed us in for a fitting even though they'd not been the ones to measure up; when things didn't go to plan EBP still stuck with us and came back months later to sort out issues with the fit. We chose EBP as they were able to offer a wider range of options on aluminium doors and windows. Other local suppliers would only add black, white or chrome handles and hinges to the anthracite door & window we wanted; we got everything matching thanks to EBP. They're also the only company who were honest in advising us against triple glazing due to the width of our door & the lack of strong enough structural support on our house. EBP made sure we got the right glazing for our situation, it lets in so much more light than before but thankfully no issues with too hot or cold a room - I know who I'll be calling when it's time to replace the next set of windows!"
