"The job was renewal of a passageway between conservatory and garage. Upon agreement the trader started the work on the twelfth of July for what was supposed to be a three day job. We were extremely pleased with his initial work on that first day, but unfortunately since then I have a record of nearly thirty texts, emails, or phone calls making alternative promises to turn up, or giving various excuses as to why he just did not appear on the promised dates. I am now in the position at nearly the beginning of November of trying to find someone to complete his unfinished work."
