"Project was to install ducted A/C (with a minimal footprint of equipment externally) to the upper floor of a house requiring a large amount of work in a space restricted area. The work was carried out efficiently, cleanly with the highest care. Access for all pipework was carefully worked out in advance with nothing visible in the rooms other than discrete ceiling grilles to deliver cooled and (in winter) warm air. In fact, delivery or warm air proved significantly more cost efficient than existing wet radiators. Essex Cooling later returned to make custom changes to suit our lifestyle and also installed remote controllers enabling the system to be operated from any location. We are very happy with the response of Essex Cooling to our initial installation request, the installed equipment and subsequent interactions. We highly recommend."
