    Tim - Image 1 "When I first made contact with EWS ltd, Mark in the office was very helpful and came out to assess my water leak situation the very next morning, he then sent out two men to excavate the water pipes and found a total of 3 leaks! The leaks were promptly dealt with, despite the huge amount of wet clay that had to be dug out to access them. One of the offending leaks that was actually under my kitchen and was bypassed, a new stopcock was fitted beneath the sink and all made good. Overall an excellent and prompt repair was carried out, very good communication by the EWS team throughout made an unpleasant situation as painless as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them."

    "My parents had a damaged/burst water pipe on driveway and so unsure of the implications involved. The guys from Essential were friendly, informative & efficient, a very good price was given to carry out the work and no hidden costs incurred and with minimal disruption to the driveway as possible. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend."

    "I have used Marc and the team ay Essential twice in 12 months; once for an emergency leak of a ruptured mains feed pipe located in the middle of my house that my Home Emergency Insurers would not touch and the second time was to re-route all of the existing pipework leading to my house from kerbside. I cannot speak highly enough of all of the team that we have used especially as they helped us out in a very difficult situation towards the end of 2021 when we had to shut off the entire water feed to our house. All of the workers are very capable, knowledgeable and polite, and every turns up as arranged. The work is carried out to a high standard and the costs are reasonable. Would highly recommend and I only found out about them through word of mouth."
