"We had a boiler in fault after a different plumber had let us down. With a baby due any minute, we were rather desperate. Kevin dropped everything to attend our house as quickly as he could, and finding there to be no serious work required, was then kind enough to waive his fees for us. He went the extra mile and made a huge difference to us at a time when we really needed it! Heartily recommended."
