    "Regretfully, I don't have an image of the work. Ashley took my phonecall request for help with a hole in a roof on 24th July 2024 and within a few hours had inspected the property and given details of work required and an initial estimate of the cost. Ashley arrived early for the work and he and his assistant Bailey conscientiously undertook the work as well as other work discovered at the time, e.g., replacing broken roof tiles, removal of birds nests and applying sealant to the flashing. The final bill reflected little more than the cost of additional materials over and above the initial estimate. The property was left clean and tidy."
