    "Steve is knowledgeable and professional in his work. My damp treatment was fully explained and the works carried out were undertaken thoroughly and professionally. However, I also chose Steve because he is an extremely experienced and excellent plasterer, and part of the overall contract was the finish to the walls as I didn’t want any issues when it came to redecorating them. They were finished to a flawless standard. I would thoroughly recommend Steve and Elite. Their price was competitive too. You don’t need to go anywhere else."

    "Steve came round as agreed and explained exactly what we needed to do, this was despite the fact that Steve would not immediately get any work from us as we could treat the damp as part of bigger works. He even gave us some materials that we could use ourselves. Very refreshing to see that there are people out there who go out of their way just to help. We would definitely recommend Steve to anyone."

    "Steve and assistant Tom went above and beyond to ensure they weren't leaving until I was satisfied. He explained what they were doing as they went along, and prior to moving onto the next task of the rising damp curing, they'd call me down from upstairs to give an inspection and approval. I found them professional with a sense of humour and accommodating. Oh yes, if Steve gives you a time, you better be punctual just like he is! He arrived on time for the initial look over of what's to be done and again for the actual job. I just know, I won't be calling him back before his 10yr guarantee runs out and neither will you!! Very respectful and appreciated.👌 Thanks Steve and Tom for coming to the house rising damp rescue 👍 (7May2023)"
