    "Lee and the guys completed our rendering on time we had a problem due to hot weather cracking the rendering we emailed Lee the picture over on the Sunday thinking he would respond on the Monday but we had a text virtually back within seconds of sending it and the guys came back on the Tuesday they were coming on the Monday but due to the weather they came Tuesday and sorted it all out no problem, you cannot fault Lee's communication and that can be a worry when the job has been completed there was NO question of money until the job was completed to our satisfaction, we would recommend Lee and the guys no question"

    "I was quoted £2,400 for some repointing work on house. I did try to pin the trader down to details, like how many guys and how many days - in order to see value in what looked like expensive quote - but was brushed off, with a slightly daft explanation, ie it's not how many men, or how much time, it's more about our quality. Hmm fine, except there's more chance of the job being done well if it's not 1 guy on 1 day who is rushing to do job, particularly as he didn't have the right materials! As it happens I have no gripes with the man (who did the work) who was punctual, friendly, and very competent. That said, a day later, I do think some areas could have been done better. I have subsequently explained to the trader my misgivings and sent accompanying pics of areas that were not done as per the quote, but whilst polite, I just don't think he gets it. I paid as soon as job was completed the full amount, as is my habit, however in hindsight I could have got much better value elsewhere."
