Louise - Image 1 "Engaged EC Roofing through another platform to re-felt our back porch and replace skylight but this was not completed to an acceptable standard: roof leaks, including around new skylight, damaging ceiling, wallpaper and carpet below Initially the trader attempted a repair but roof continued to leak. He refused to cover the roof temporarily to prevent further damage Despite a 10 yr warranty and 24 hr emergency callout the trader failed to return and stopped answering calls, voicemails and texts Sub-standard work left unresolved once payment made, ignoring pleas for help, disappearing altogether Do not recommend"

"Speedy response to enquiry. Very reasonable quote and explained the job clearly and came to complete the work the same week. Arrived on the day and completed the work to a high standard. Ernest and his men were cheerful, polite and left the site clean and tidy. Would highly recommend."
